Also includes a file on Bella (Mrs. C.E.) Webster, the club's longest lived member (1893-1966).

The Club was founded in 1884 and was the first woman's club in North Dakota. Literary study was the club's objective but later expanded to community projects, woman's suffrage, temperance, and world affairs.
